JIM ARP Architectural Renderings

Technique

All architectural renderings are hand-drawn, from layouts to the finished product. Media include pen & ink and/or airbrush color. Pen & ink "stand-alone" architectural illustrations can later be copied for the purpose of adding color to the print. I can accomodate for varying degrees of detail, from full color presentation perspectives to "sketchy" conceptual drawings.

Process

Fee quotes and schedules are supplied promptly, based on information as detailed as construction documents or as limited as a description by phone or e-mail. Layouts for architectural renderings may be generated from hard-copy architectural plans, elevations, sections, or "wire-frames," supplied by the client.
